At Cooper Counseling we use eclectic therapy; an approach that is individually based and focused around each person and their particular need(s). Every person and their experiences, both positive and negative, are unique. Eclectic therapy honors those individualistic qualities and characteristics, and allows for a dynamic use of techniques that are customized to each client.
The environment I create is judgment free, client-centered and relaxed. My priority is to build a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship, and actively support and encourage my clients throughout the process. I also find that, when appropriate, using humor can be incredibly beneficial. Additionally, I provide clinical supervision and consultation.
